My synopsis of Swansea Bay parkrun (10th of December 2022)

On the 10th of December 2022, I completed the 284th Swansea Bay parkrun in a time of 28'10.

I finished 147th (105th Male, 11th VM35-39) out of about 230.

This was my 275th parkrun, my 6th at Swansea Bay.

I volunteered for Report Writer.
