My synopsis of East Park parkrun (19th of November 2022)

On the 19th of November 2022, I completed the 84th East Park parkrun in a time of 56'32.

I finished 78th (49th Male, 9th VM35-39) out of about 78.

This was my 272nd parkrun, my 15th at East Park.

I volunteered for Tail Walker and Post-event Close Down.
