My synopsis of East Park parkrun ()
On , I completed the 78th East Park parkrun in a time of 24'09 this was my Course PB.
I finished 23rd (19th Male, 2nd VM35-39) out of about 88.
This was my 266th parkrun, my 12th at East Park.
I volunteered for Report Writer.
