My synopsis of East Park parkrun (23rd of October 2021)

On the 23rd of October 2021, I completed the 32nd East Park parkrun in a time of 50'46.

I finished 62nd (48th Male, 2nd VM35-39) out of about 62.

This was my 222nd parkrun, my 4th at East Park.

I volunteered for First Timers Briefing and Tail Walker.
