My synopsis of Swansea Bay parkrun (2nd of November 2019)

On the 2nd of November 2019, I completed the 200th Swansea Bay parkrun in a time of 51'47.

I finished 211th (120th Male, 12th SM30-34) out of about 211.

This was my 198th parkrun, my 4th at Swansea Bay.

I volunteered for Tail Walker.
