My synopsis of Sandwell Valley parkrun ()
On , I completed the 56th Sandwell Valley parkrun in a time of 62'05.
I finished 120th (72nd Male, 8th SM30-34) out of about 122.
This was my 159th parkrun, my 6th at Sandwell Valley.
I volunteered for Tail Walker.
